Our Mission
Career Labs builds partnerships between professionals, employers, and schools to prepare a generation of young people to become real-life heroes in successful careers who are creating a world where educational and career equity is a reality
In-School Programs
The original Career Labs are immersive career workshops, led by successful career professionals. In-School Labs are held after school or in-class. They combine storytelling, practical how-to steps, and hands-on workshops.
A comprehensive career and college preparation program for middle school was added to provide in-class instruction, career assessments, plus career and college fairs, and field trips.
Distance Learning
Our comprehensive online career discovery course, STEAM Heroes, is a stand-alone online course for any student to discover careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.
Each unit combines career discovery with expert interviews and hands-on projects to be completed either self-paced or teacher-guided. Lesson plans and extensive teacher resources are included for schools to integrate in classroom curriculum.
